Doom "Nightmares" Trilogy

Here lie a lot of tiny broken maps slowly building through their own timeline. You can use these to witness my transition from learning at ground zero to half-ass near completion in Nightmares 3. Or... you can laugh at them, or go on about your day not downloading them and you'll be just fine.

I didn't even introduce doors at the beginning because they were too complex for me to group at the time, especially since I didn't even try for a while. Nightmares 3 is mostly close to a real mod, before Chaos 3 set my mediocre standard for these times.

COMING SOON: DOOM NIGHTMARES 4

Fast-forward to modern day. I wanted to do something that would be one of the better ones on something like "D!ZONE" back in the mid-90s when shitty levels prospered and were remembered. I wanted to continue where Nightmares 3 learning left off and do some vanilla doom maps that didn't have any special scripting or new textures, enemies, sounds, or anything like that. The only thing GZ-DOOM Requiring really is the MP3 soundtrack I will make using synthesizer sounds and melodies.

The levels them selves will be in the number of 32, much like the game I'm modding, now Doom II. The originals may or may not get a redux treatment like the very first chambers trilogy, but they will be included in "Time Killers," in fixed formats. The hall-of-mirrors and missing textures will be a thing of the past, and possibly even the misaligned textures if I get that bored.

NOTE: My 1995 wads have been broken with the latest version of GZDoom, possibly still being broken anyway. I recommend different ports, such as Chocolate DOOM or DSDA-DOOM.
