"A Smashing Melody" was created specifically for this release as a 20+ year later intro to "Smashing Through" the track. Speaking of this track, it wasn't in my original Anamorphosis EP that makes up the majority of this release now. Other stuff has been added of course, but Smashing Through wins the title for being one of my all-time favorites, but also was on a soundtrack I tossed and received little recognition throughout the years on any of my releases for that reason. Hack It Up, The Executioner, and Moonlight Sonata for were a friend online, ibram, who was making two video games: Bloodknight and Cosmic Crusaders. Neither one ended up finished, so the tracks then just got put here instead due to the fact I spent a little time on some, and enjoy them of course. Enigmatrix is a preview of things to come on Project Warlock 2. It was part of the first theme to be put out as the initial beta/demo. It was under open development/early access so I of course made a much longer version just for that game. You can also get that stuff here at bandcamp if you're curious. The rest of the contents are pretty much just the original EP I took this from, which was recorded from 2002-2003. Red 40 (the original), Grimmage, Clot, Keep Me (From Me) <- with a heavy drum remake, Wastelands, Adventures In Commercial Grunge, Forever Rusts, and Sand. There are others of course which are remakes, additives, alternate remixes, etc. And that concludes "Smashing Through." I hope you enjoy it! RETURN TO MUSIC |
