MAGIX.COM is the official website of the latest owners of ACID Music Studio, which has now been renamed to Music Maker. It was originally owned/created by Sonic Foundry then owned by Sony for a while before Magix took over. I own and use ACID 11. SYNAPSE AUDIO is the company that created Orion originally before it became defunct and no longer sold. I own Orion Pro 8.5 and have also owned Orion Pro 2.4 and Orion Platium 5.8 before they discontinued it. The company, however, still exists, and does a lot of really nice VST Plugins for other DAWs and Piano Roll programs. Paul Stretch is a program for stretching audio that can be used for drones and background ambience. There is also an Online Paul Stretch website you can use, or a nice new multi-featured PaulXStretch program that is more up to date. |
