NOVEMBER 12, 2025

Welcome to the dawn of my work on the "reboot" game previously mentioned below. There will be 7 episodes. That is all I want to say so far, other than its a space horror saga. It is also a classic doom mod for Doom II: Hell On Earth. As you can see by the screenshot on the left I am revamping the original Nightmares of Loki to become the precursor episode. So technically there will be 8 episodes but this one won't count towards the overall story as important, and also be 20+ maps.

As for site updates today, I changed the about the author sections and cbox to have black backgrounds to fit better, brought cherry rounders back minimally in his own little panel, uploaded the mario hack to a new place, updated the warlock panel heavily, and that's really it for today. I was going to be off for two days but just got a notification I'm due in at work tomorrow, so that ends my heavy chunk of web design for the week. Still I'm happy to have brought to life an older site and make it look good again. I will be continuing the update/upgrade process to bringing it to modern day as well.

NOVEMBER 11, 2025

Well, it's 2025, and I haven't updated this paticular website design since October 11, 2023. It was just sitting on a burned blu ray with 80 others on six discs accompanying it, of abandoned websites. I think out of all of them this one and the handwritten one I'll include as a sidelink soon (updated of course) are my favorites. Thus, I am bringing them back as to not get bored with what I had because this "new" one is fun again.

So what's new? Nightmares of Loki 1999 was a dud. Plain and simple nobody liked it. I spent 4 years on that thing during high school assignments, hanging out, and band practice, with that on the backburner. Now, 30 years later almost, I'm digging up every level and touching the whole mod up. The annoying sounds are gone as well as the bad spritework and texturing. The music is being replaced with new stuff I'm making, as well as the levels themselves leading up to a real story! The first "Precursor Episode" alone is what was originally Nightmares of Loki. There will be seven chapters to the main game, but this precursor game will be the only one with over eight maps of course. It will naturally have 20-25 from the original sources. Fear not, it will be released seperately and as something completely different. Sure the storyline ever few maps will eventually lead into the main game, but it is not a requirement to get what is about to go on.

As for other things, a little has changed here and there. Mainly I made more synth I will be adding to the subsite, but no new noise vaults. I hope to change this drastically when I get back into making music for the mod I'm doing previously mentioned.
